Legal and Compliance
Linear, through its subsidiary Linear Asset Management Limited holds an Australian Financial Services Licence (AFSL 304542) and is a Responsible Entity authorised to operate an IDPS like and Financial Assets Scheme (ARSN 128 111 857).
The Linear Board is comprised of both executive and non executive members, whilst the Compliance Committee is comprised of mainly external members.
Linear has well constructed and extremely thorough Compliance and Anti Money Laundering programs in place. Adherence to these programs is annually assessed by an independent auditor.
Ownership
Linear is majority owned by its Executive Directors and private shareholders. In addition, the Bendigo and Adelaide Bank is a shareholder with 24% of the issued capital.
